At Rewind Couture, we want you to love your luxury finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition with all security tags and designer packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original designer box and protective dust bag, ensuring the Rewind Couture security tag remains attached to avoid rejection.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our authentication team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
